Rates move — vendor costs change, currency shifts, new routes open up cheaper options — and finding out about a change only after your bill already reflects it isn't useful. You can now get notified automatically the moment a specific country's rate changes, instead of having to periodically re-check the rate sheet yourself.

How it works

Subscribe to the countries you actually care about — the ones you send meaningful volume to — from your dashboard's rate notification settings. When 6X updates the voice or SMS rate for one of them, you get a notification with the old rate, the new rate, and when it takes effect, before it starts affecting your billing.

This is opt-in and per-country, so you're not flooded with updates for destinations you never touch. If your traffic is concentrated in a handful of countries, this is the fastest way to know the moment something relevant to you actually changes.

Rate changes always come with advance notice before taking effect — this notification just means you find out immediately instead of stumbling on it later.
