6X Softswitch is 6X's carrier-grade voice and SMS switching platform, now available as its own dedicated product rather than something bundled invisibly into other services. If you run — or want to run — your own VoIP or SMS reselling business, this is the engine underneath it: real-time least-cost routing across a live vendor pool, wholesale billing with prepaid wallets and credit limits, DID management, and full CDR visibility, all without you having to stand up and maintain your own voice/SMS infrastructure.

Two ways to use it. Centrally hosted: your traffic routes through 6X's own servers, fully whitelabelable with your own branding, logo, and domain if you want to resell it under your own name. Self-hosted: run the actual routing engine on your own server for lower cost, while billing, branding, and your customer portal all still stay centrally managed by 6X — you get your own installation key and your box phones home for billing the same way a hosted account does.

Either way, downstream customers get their own login, their own rate visibility, real-time balance, and CDR exports — the same self-service experience 6X's own wholesale customers already have, just under your brand.
