Creating Polls to Engage Customers

Polls let you ask your customers a simple question with 2-5 answer options. They appear in the 6X Explore feed alongside offers from every business, in both the scrollable list and the swipeable card view - a lightweight way to get real feedback and keep your business visible even between offer promotions.

How to Create a Poll

1. Go to Dashboard → Polls.
2. Enter your question (up to 100 characters) - a live counter shows how much room you have.
3. Add 2 to 5 answer options (up to 60 characters each).
4. Click Create Poll.

How Customers Vote

Each visitor can vote once per poll. Results update live as a percentage bar on each option, so customers immediately see how others answered. Votes are tracked per browser session, not per account - no login required to vote.

Editing or Deleting a Poll

Click Edit directly on any poll in your Polls list to update the question or options in place. Existing votes are kept when you edit.

Verification Required

Like offers, a poll only goes live in Explore once your business is verified. Unverified businesses can still create polls - they will activate automatically the moment verification completes.

Good Poll Ideas

• Ask about preferences relevant to what you sell - "Which service do you use most?"
• Keep options short and distinct so they are easy to tell apart at a glance.
• Use polls between offer promotions to keep your business appearing active in Explore.
