6X Communications has a few distinct apps, each serving a different role. Here is what each one does and how to access it.

6X Softphone

For: Making and receiving calls, live chat, and team messaging

Type: Web app — works in any browser, no installation needed (installable as a PWA on mobile)

The 6X Softphone is where you make and receive calls, chat with visitors, and message your team. Wholesale customers log in with their SIP test extension and password; business staff log in with their own extension and SIP password. Bookmark this URL or add it to your home screen for quick access.

Wholesale Portal

For: Wholesale customers managing their account
URL: app.6xcom.com/wholesale
Type: Web app — works in any browser

The Wholesale Portal is where you manage your account: check rates and CDRs, top up your wallet, buy inbound numbers, send Bulk SMS or a Voice Broadcast, run the Power Dialer, connect Gateway Devices, and configure routing.

Sales Partner Portal

For: Resellers and 6X Switch partners
URL: app.6xcom.com/partner
Type: Web app — works in any browser

Resellers manage their downstream wholesale customers and commission here. 6X Switch partners — running their own independent, white-labelled softswitch instance — manage their own vendor pool and rates from the same portal.

6X Telecom Academy

For: Anyone learning VoIP, SMS, eSIM, and reselling

Type: Progressive Web App (PWA) — installable, free courses with verifiable certificates
