6X Apps

6X Communications has four distinct apps, each serving a different role. Here is what each one does and how to access it.

6X Phonebook

For: Customers finding and contacting businesses
URL: phonebook.6xcom.com
Type: Progressive Web App (PWA) — works in any browser, installable on any device

The 6X Phonebook is a public directory where customers can find local businesses, call them instantly, browse offers, buy event tickets, and send gift cards. No account needed to use it as a visitor.

To install on your phone:

• Android: Open phonebook.6xcom.com in Chrome. Tap the install banner or go to browser menu → "Add to Home Screen".
• iPhone/iPad: Open phonebook.6xcom.com in Safari. Tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen".

Once installed it works like a native app — offline support, home screen icon, and fast loading.

Business Phone (Agent Panel)

For: Agents and staff receiving business calls and chats
URL: dial.6xcom.com/agent.html
Type: Web app — works in any browser, no installation needed

The Business Phone is the agent panel where your team members log in using their extension number and SIP password to receive calls and live chats from customers. Agents should bookmark this URL or add it to their home screen for quick access.

Business owners can create extensions and share login credentials with agents from Dashboard → Extensions.

Business Portal

For: Business owners managing their 6X account
URL: app.6xcom.com
Type: Web app — works in any browser

The Business Portal is the main dashboard for business owners. From here you can manage extensions and agents, run campaigns and offers, create events and gift cards, view call logs, manage billing and wallet, and access all platform features.

New businesses can register at app.6xcom.com/register.

The first time you log in, a short guided tour highlights where things live in the Business Portal - office numbers, agents, call logs, visitor links, billing, and more. Replay it anytime from the nav (Take the Tour Again).

6X Telecom Academy

For: Anyone learning VoIP, SMS, eSIM, and reselling
URL: academy.6xcom.com
Type: Progressive Web App (PWA) — installable, free courses with verifiable certificates
