Getting More Office Numbers
Every 6X business account includes 5 office numbers (extensions) at no cost. These cover your ring group, IVR, queue, and two agent lines.
When You Need More
If you have more than 2 staff members taking calls, you can add extra office numbers. Each number can be assigned to a staff member or department and rings when customers call.
How to Get Extra Office Numbers
- Go to Dashboard → Office Numbers.
- Once you have used all 5 free numbers, an upgrade option appears.
- Click Get 3 More Office Numbers — this costs $15/month.
- Complete payment via Flutterwave (card, bank transfer, or USSD accepted).
- 3 new office numbers are created instantly and added to your ring group.
- You can rename each number and assign it to a staff member.

- Extra numbers are auto-provisioned — no wait time after payment.
- You receive a confirmation email with the new extension details.
- You can purchase additional packs of 3 as your team grows.
- SuperAdmin can also add extensions manually on request — contact support.
