Getting More Office Numbers
Every 6X business account includes 5 office numbers (extensions) at no cost. These cover your ring group, IVR, queue, and two agent lines.
When You Need More
If you have more than 2 staff members taking calls, you can add extra office numbers. Each number can be assigned to a staff member or department and rings when customers call.
How to Get Extra Office Numbers
Once you've used all 5 free numbers, email support@6xcom.com to add 3 more ($15/month per pack) — we'll set them up and add them to your ring group, and you can let us know how you'd like each one named and assigned.
Notes
- You receive a confirmation email with the new extension details.
- You can request additional packs of 3 as your team grows.
