Your business is automatically listed on the 6X Phonebook when you register. Customers find you by name, category, or location and call or chat instantly.

Optimising your profile

1. Go to Dashboard → Profile.
2. Add a professional logo — square images work best.
3. Write a clear business description (50–160 characters).
4. Set your correct category, city, and country.
5. Add your business address.
6. Save — your listing updates immediately.

Verified badge

The Verified badge signals to customers that your business has been reviewed by 6X. Apply via Dashboard → Billing → Verified Badge addon ($10/month).

Built-in repeat business features

The Phonebook is designed to bring customers back to you, automatically — no setup needed on your end:

• Recently Contacted — visitors who've called or messaged your business before see you again at the top of their Phonebook with a one-tap "Call Again" or "Chat Again" button, saved privately on their own device.
• Active Offers — businesses running an active offer appear in the Phonebook's story-style highlights at the top of the page, giving extra visibility to your current promotion.
