Understanding your billing

How rates, billing increments, and your balance actually work.

Understanding your billing

6X wholesale is prepaid - calls and messages are billed against your account balance in real time, and traffic stops automatically if your balance reaches zero.

Rates are per destination, not one flat rule

Every destination (country/prefix) has its own configured rate and billing increment, visible in your Voice Rate Sheet and SMS Rate Sheet. Rate coverage is now A-Z - every country has a listed rate for both voice and SMS, so you can search and check pricing for any destination before you dial or send. Your account dashboard shows a "Default Billing Increment" value in your Connection Details - this is a fallback only, used solely if a call somehow reaches a destination with no specific rate configured at all. In normal operation, every call and message is billed using its own destination's actual configured rate and increment, not this default value. If you need to know the exact billing increment for a specific destination, check the Rate Sheet directly rather than relying on the default shown on your dashboard.

Low balance alerts

You will receive an automatic email alert when your balance drops below your account's configured threshold, for both voice and SMS. This alert is sent once per crossing (not repeatedly while low) so you have time to top up before service is interrupted.

Topping up

Use the Top Up button in your dashboard to add funds. Your new balance is available immediately for new calls and messages.
