Adding products

From Shop, add a product with a name, price, optional sizes (e.g. "S,M,L,XL"), and stock quantity — drag and drop an image, or click to upload one.

How parents order

Parents browse your shop catalog from the parent portal, pick quantities (and a size, if offered), and place an order in one step — no account or cart needed. They then submit a payment proof, the same wire-transfer-with-screenshot flow Fees uses.

Approving and fulfilling an order

From Shop → Orders, review each submitted proof. Approving one marks the order paid and reduces your stock count automatically — stock is never touched until a payment is actually approved. Once you've handed the item over, mark the order "Fulfilled".
