Hostel & Transport (Boarding Schools)
Room allocation with occupancy tracking, and bus route/driver management — shown automatically once your school is set to "Boarding".
Turning this on
The Hostel section only appears if your school is set to type "Boarding" (set this when you sign up, or from your Profile page). Transport is available to every school type.
Hostel
From Hostel, add buildings and rooms (each with a capacity), then allocate a student to a room — over-capacity allocation is blocked automatically. Vacating a student keeps the allocation's history rather than deleting it. Assign a staff member as a building's warden from the same page.
Transport
From Transport, add vehicles, drivers (with a photo), bus routes, and stops along each route, then assign students to a route and stop. This is record-keeping only — there's no live GPS tracking.
