Fees & Online Payments (Wire, USDT, Card)
Bill a class, then get paid by wire transfer, USDT, or card — proofs reviewed by you, card payments verified automatically.
Setting up fee structures
From Fees, create fee items for your school — tuition, books, uniforms, or anything else — each with its own amount. Generate invoices for an entire class in one action at the start of a term.
Setting up how parents pay you
At the top of the Fees page, add your payment details — parents see these in this order:
- Wire transfer — your bank name, account name, and account number.
- USDT / crypto — a wallet address and network (e.g. TRC20), for parents who want the fastest-clearing option.
- Card — always available with zero setup, a real Visa/Mastercard charge processed instantly.
Leave either the wire or USDT fields blank to hide that option — card payment still works regardless.
How parents pay by wire or USDT
Parents see your bank/USDT details on their fee payment page and submit a payment with an amount and a photo/screenshot of proof — this never touches the invoice balance until you review and approve it from Fees → Payment Proofs. You can also reject a submission with a note, and the parent can resubmit. If you've set up both wire and USDT, the parent picks which one they used when submitting proof.
How parents pay by card
Every invoice also has a "Pay by card" button — no setup required on your end. This is a real charge (the same payment processor your $50/yr subscription uses), verified on our server before the invoice is ever marked paid, so a parent can't fake a successful payment.
Recording a payment manually
Received cash, or a payment outside the online flow? Record it directly against an invoice from the Fees page — it's treated exactly the same as an approved proof or a card payment.
Keeping an eye on collections
The Analytics page shows your total invoiced vs. collected at a glance, plus how many invoices are overdue.
