Creating an exam
From Exams, create an exam for a class, add each subject it covers with a maximum score, and set the grading scale. You can enter marks manually from the teacher marks-entry grid, or make it a full online exam.
Online exams (CBT)
Mark a subject as "Online" and set a time limit to turn it into a computer-based test: students take it directly in their browser, with a live countdown timer that auto-submits the moment time runs out. Scoring is fully automatic — the moment a student submits, their result is graded and flows straight into their report card with no extra step.
Report cards
Once results for an exam are in, generate report cards for the whole class in one action. Each report card is a real PDF, automatically including your school's logo, your chosen letterhead image, and the principal's signature — all set once from the Branding page.
Checking results
Parents and students check results, play 6X Arena, pay fees, and everything else using their Admission Number + Result PIN — no password, no app download. Share this PIN with each family when the student is admitted.
