Opening a time slot
From PT Conferences, a teacher opens one or more available time slots (date + start/end time). Admins can open a slot for any teacher; a teacher opens their own.
How parents book
Parents see every open slot across the school on their own conference-booking page and book one directly — no back-and-forth messaging needed. They can add a note on what they'd like to discuss. Once booked, that slot disappears from the list for everyone else.
Cancelling
A parent can cancel their own booking, which reopens the slot for someone else. An admin/teacher can remove an unbooked slot at any time.
