Recognizing a Genuine Email From 6X

What a real email from 6X Communications actually looks like, and why - including the difference between an announcement and a personal reply from our team.

Every email 6X sends — password resets, contract links, wallet receipts, support replies, announcements — uses the same real branding: a dark header with the 6X logo, "6X Communications" in gold, and it always comes from alert@6xcom.com. If an email claiming to be from 6X looks different from this, or asks you to do something unusual (confirm a password by replying, click a link to "verify" your account outside 6xcom.com, send payment somewhere new), treat it as suspicious and contact us directly to confirm before acting on it.

Two different kinds of email from us

Announcements (new features, rate changes, platform updates) go out to many customers at once. A reply from our team — following up on a support conversation, confirming something specific to your account — is a real, individual email written for you, not a mass send, even though it uses the same branded template as everything else we send.

What we'll never ask for by email

  • Your full password — we'll only ever send you a secure reset link, never ask you to reply with your password.
  • Payment to an account or address not already shown in your own dashboard.
  • Urgent action "within the next hour" to avoid account suspension — legitimate account issues from us are explained calmly, with a real way to reach support if you have questions.

Not sure an email is really from us?

Don't click anything in it. Log into your dashboard directly at app.6xcom.com (type the address yourself rather than following a link) and check for the same notice there, or reach out via live chat to confirm.
