Conference Bridge

Any extension can start or join a simple conference call by dialing a star code — no setup, scheduling, or dial-in number required in advance.

How to use it

Dial *55 followed by a room number of your choosing, for example *555512 for room 5512. The first person to dial that room starts it; anyone else who dials the same room number joins the same call.

• Room numbers are shared, so agree on one with whoever you want to meet (e.g. over chat) before dialing in.
• Rooms hold up to 30 participants.
• A room closes automatically once everyone has left — the same number can be reused for a different call later.

In-call controls

Standard touch-tone conference controls apply once you are in the room (for example, mute/unmute yourself) — check with support if you need the exact key list for your softphone.
