Timetable
Set up your daily periods once, then build each class's weekly schedule — visible to teachers and parents automatically.
Setting up periods
From Timetable, first add your school's daily periods — e.g. "Period 1" through "Period 8" — each with a real start and end time. You can also add a "Break" period, which shows on the grid but is never assignable a class.
Building the weekly grid
Pick a class (and section, if you use them), then fill in each day/period cell with a subject and teacher. Changes save instantly as you pick from each dropdown.
What teachers and parents see
Every staff member can see their own personal weekly schedule — every class they're assigned to teach, across every day — from My Schedule. Parents see their own child's class schedule (read-only) from the parent portal.
