A simple property ledger for furniture, lab equipment, electronics, and anything else your school owns — separate from the Shop, which sells items to parents.
Logging an asset
From Assets, record a name, category, serial number, location (e.g. "Room 4"), condition, and purchase date/cost. Search or filter by category to find something quickly, and update condition over time as items age or get damaged.
