Reviews
Customers who've completed an order can leave a public review on your business profile.
How a review happens
Once an order is marked fulfilled, the customer automatically receives an email inviting them to leave a review — they don't need an account to do this, just the link from their order.
Where reviews show
Reviews appear on your public business profile in the 6X Directory, with your average rating and total review count shown alongside your listing wherever it appears.
Managing reviews
From your Reviews page, see every review you've received — use the search box to find one by reviewer name or keyword. You can't edit or delete a genuine review, but you can flag one for 6X support to look into if it violates our review guidelines.
