Products: Physical & Digital Items
Add products with images, sizes, and stock — or digital items with a gated download.
Adding a product
From Products, choose Physical or Digital, then fill in a name, price, and an image (drag and drop, or click to browse).
- Physical products can have sizes (e.g. S,M,L,XL) and a stock count. Stock only decreases once you approve a customer's payment — never at the moment they place the order — so a customer changing their mind before paying never falsely reduces your stock.
- Digital products let you attach a file (an ebook, a license key file, etc). The download link only unlocks for the customer after you've approved their payment — it's never public.
Editing stock and price
You can update a product's price or stock at any time. Past orders always keep the price the customer actually paid — changing a product's price later never rewrites what's on an old order or invoice.
Search
Once you have more than a handful of products, use the search box above your product list to find one by name quickly.
