Delivery Tracking & Signature on Receipt
Set a delivery fee, track an order to the doorstep, and optionally require a signature.
Delivery settings
From Branding → Delivery, set a flat delivery fee (leave it blank for free delivery) and whether you require a signature on receipt. These settings are locked into each order at checkout — changing them later never rewrites a past order's delivery price.
Tracking a delivery
From an order's page, advance its delivery status as it moves (e.g. dispatched → out for delivery → delivered), or mark it returned if it comes back to you.
Signature capture
If you require a signature, the final "delivered" step isn't something you set yourself — your customer confirms receipt and signs on their own order page (on their phone or any device), using the same signature pad used elsewhere on 6X for signing contracts. If you don't require a signature, you can mark it delivered yourself.
Note: this is manual status tracking, not live GPS tracking — there's no courier integration behind it, just a clear record of where an order stands.
