Job cards, quotes, and parts
Itemized estimates, a real parts-inventory system, sending a quote for customer approval, and tracking payments.
What a job card is
A job card is your internal work order/estimate for a customer's vehicle - it doesn't have to start from a diagnosis request, routine work gets a job card too.
Itemized line items
Add parts and labor as separate line items with quantity and unit price, instead of just two flat totals. You can add items either when creating the job card or afterward on its own page.
Linking to your parts inventory
If you've added parts to your inventory (Parts page: name, SKU, cost/sell price, stock level, reorder threshold), you can pick one directly when adding a line item - it autofills the description and price, and automatically deducts the quantity used from stock. Trying to use more than what's in stock is blocked with a clear message rather than silently going negative.
Sending a quote for approval
Once your line items are ready, send a shareable link to your customer - they can approve or decline right from their phone, with your workshop's own branding on the page (see White-label branding if you have a custom domain set up).
Tracking payment
Record payments against a job card (cash, bank transfer, card, or other) as they come in - multiple payments are supported for a deposit-then-balance arrangement. The job card always shows the balance still due, and your Job Cards list flags at a glance who still owes money.
